Order to Cash (OTC) is the lifeblood of all companies, but the growing complexity of global business complicates the end-to-end OTC process. At this moment, some 7–12% of combined revenue in working capital is "stuck" somewhere in inefficient OTC processes at top global organizations. That is US$1–2 trillion is not being used to
further business objectives.

O2C is really a "big" program to enable systematic approach which will help to materialise the right RoI from every phase of starting from Order to Revenue Materialize. (Opportunity Management, Delivery Prepardness & Execution, Resources / IT setups, Invoice Management, Cash Receivables management, Customer Satisfaction).... So the KPI for O2C at broader level cannot be steps.... but the RoI (KPI) could be
1. % of Orders executed without delay / within SLA (after / before O2C - what is the cycle time)
2. No of projects to be enabled to execute O2C & its scope and time / money
3. % of Delivery Accuracy & delivery variance
4. % of Revenue Leakage stopped
5. How CSAT / NPS improved... etc
