Can I do MBA ater B.ech with 2yrs gap in career?

Hi,
I am Jayasree sagar from hyderabad. I have completed my graduation in B.Tech(ECE) steam (2013 passed out with 70%ile). because of my family and financial problems I could not MBA immediately after B.Tech. Now I want to do PGDM in HR specialization, but I have so many doubts like will I be preferred for corporate companies and MNCs with 2yrs gap in my career.
Please help me out.
