Move from BPO to Oracle DBA is possible

Hi to all,
I am Jagadeesh.
I have completed my Bachelor Comp Sci Deg on 2011 as of now i am working in BPO. I want to grow in my Career. I have choosen Oracle DBA and i know Pl/Sql Programming, am going to do a Oracle Course and to get an OCP Certification. I have Spent almost 4 years in BPO. will i get a Job as Fresher in DBA now.?
Is it easy or tuff......?
Please guide me friends...

It is quite possible, once you are OCP certified, you can apply for internal jobs in your company as well as outside.
