An employee is subjected to resignations by force due to Management`s unwillingness to have him (the employee) in their organization any more. Causes are he may be frequently absent without intimations, not a good team worker, does not posses effective communications skills, always money minded, unwilling to take up new ventures,
switching over for new versions, no signs of improvements in him, not inclined for continual improvements. or even
be corrupt or leaking the company`s secrets, etc.,are all these reasons why a management may force his employee to resign.
