Java2Security: It deals with the authorization of resources or programs. It implemented in policy files, like was.policy, server.policy, client.policy.
J2EE Security: It deals with the authorization of roles, called role based security. it defines in application configuration settings.i.e, application.xml, web.xml, ejb-jar.xml (Deployment Descriptor)
