We will federate the profile to the DMGR.. we can federate the profile by 2 ways
Thru admin console...
Thru command line....
Thru admin console
System administration.. nodes-->addnode----->we can give the corresponding profile's SOAP port number... in DMGR admin console

Thru admin console::
Go to the corresponding profile's home-->bin--->addNode.bat

profile home>bin> addNode.bat/sh DMGRhostname DMGR SOAP port -includeapps
-username .......... -password ...........
