There is no such thing. A good quality software in which almost all P1,P2 bugs are fixed .

There is so many real time scenarios which can be missed from DEV and QA phases.

As a tester, we cannot say our product or project "bug free", because we are validating the application BRS(Business Requirements document) and FS (Functional Spec).

We will complete the testing as below mentioned manner:
Time factor.
Money factor.
frequency of bug - if we did not find any defect (level 1,2) we will stop testing. this will not happen in First build. Generally, In the 3rd build onwards.
