What is the difference between axial and thrust bearings?

Both are same, when a shaft is rotating there will be two loads. One is radial load and another is axial or thrust load.
Inorder to keep the shaft in exact location of rotation, we require Radial and Axial or thrust bearings.
Radial load acting perpendicular to rotation axis, and Axial or thrust load will be acting parallel to rotation axis
