Catalog Manager supports command line options.
To move reports and dashboards, we need to use some general syntax using
catalog manager.
e.g.
catalogmanager -online/offline
-cmd {report | replace | export}
{command line options}
In extra, by keeping it online, This will automatically open up the catalog
manager without having the need to enter the connection details every time.

When you migrate reports and dashboards from one environment to another, you can open the catelog side by side. Then select all the reports from the source catelog, right click on it and click on the copy; then go to the destination catelog and find the target folder and right click, then paste.
For the dashboards, you need to find them under the sub-folder '_portal' of source folder, do the same operation of reports.
Do NOT forget to set the permission for the destination reports and dashboards.
