Make Yourself Indispensable

learn a lot! and accept the position your in! This man that cleaned the gym i work out in did so with such pride and energy you could see... nobody would want to replace him....

Everybody is replaceable but if you take pride in what your doing and accept this is the position your in you will be indispensable

Adding to her answer, I would like to say one needs to stay humble no matter how knowledgeable or rich one may be. You may be the most knowledgeable person in your job, but if are not approachable, some day someone might really replace you with someone else. Knowledge can be acquired but the attitude and consistent character are very indispensable for you to become indispensable for the company you work for.
