In my previous concern a Test Closure Document contains a checklist of all of the items that must be met in order to close a test project as well as a list of activities that must be performed after the project is closed. Test Closure Report is typically a simple email sent to all relevant Clients/Customers which indicates that testing is complete and QA either approves or disapproves the release of the application based on whether or not it had met the exit criteria. The Reports provides the details of Defect details as (found, Fixed, Total Defects, Severity & Priority levels,
Deferred, unused test cases)

Inscope Docs:
1) Exit Criteria is met
2) Testing Document against Test Plan
3) Traceability Matrix docs
4) Executed Test Cases on each Test Life cycle.
5) Test Plans, Test cases, Test
Data, Test Reports

Outscope Docs:
1. Lesson Learned
2. Process Improvement
3. Test Estimation Evaluation
4. Defect Trend Analysis
