What would you do if someone was struggling to determine the basic flow process for a Use Case?

The answer is in your quesion...if someone is not able to understand a BASIC workflow, then you have done the use case incorrectly...Use Case and Workflows are implimented to make someone understand what you are trying to project without any confusion....look up high level Use Cases and diagrams..start with these levels and you will not run in this problem...COMMUNICATION is the key.
