CELLSPACING controls the space between table cells. and CELLPADDING sets the amount of space between the contents of the cell and the cell wall

Cell padding occupy the space within a cell and cell spacing occupy the space out of the cell

Cell spaceing is the space between two cell of the table or the space outer the single cell and cell padding is the space under the cell or inner space between cellcontent and cell border
