Load is represented in KW. Whether it is single phase or thre phase, same load is to be supplied. You have asked the conversion of 100KW single load to 3 phase load. In three phase equvalent load will also be 100KW. Only thing that current of single phase and 3 phase will change for the same 100KW.

If supply voltage is 250V, then Current of single phase circuit will be
KV1x I1xCosA =100, where KV = 0.250, I1 = required current, Cos A is power factor.
0.250x I1xCosA =100

For 3 Phase supply, 450 v supply

√3 KV2x I2 x Cos A =100.

√3 X0.450x I2 x Cos A

with equating the two equations we get,

 0.250x I1xCosA =  √3 X0.450x I2 x Cos A,

In this way we may calculate the current difference in single phase and 3 phase circuit.
