External Users Access
The existing WebSphere architecture only allows internal users access to applications. You have recently been asked to provide a detailed solution, which will allow external users to access certain applications. Provide the details of your proposed solution.

Get logged in via Administrative User on Server & create that many users id with the access in Public scope. that will allow external users to access the application.
