HP Quality Center Enterprise has more main-stream QA organizations who may not have expanded globally and may not yet be managing large, complex QA initiatives. It contains a full complement of HP Quality Center modules, but not some of the advanced capabilities.

This edition is after 9.0 and 9.2 versions of QC. I think the enterprise edition of QC has a new tab called 'Resources' which can hold all the data resource and other imporant information for a particular application.
