We have Burst option in a query studio while you have to create calculation how to divide the report and whom to get the the divide part of report. The same
calculated
Put it in Report Studio file menu->Burst Options. Burst recipient and dataitem

After saving the report go to run options in Cognos connection there advance options you find the burst report check that.
