High/Mid/Low Use Cases

What are HIGH/MED/LOW Use Cases? How does a BA determine this. Explain the process in detail steps.

High level Use Cases: A broad view of a business process is called a high
level use case.


Low level Use Cases: If we divide the big view into different small sub use
cases, then it is called low level use case.

I could make an assumption here.  But, I would ask for clarification as I do not believe this is industry standard terminology.  To reduce the risk of assumption that is inaccurate, the person providing this terminology would need to elaborate.  My assumption would be:
High - Feature of the system
Mid - Functional requirement
Low - Detailed Use Case (inputs/outputs/supporting detail)
