To add object information means adding properties to a object Test properties:

to do so:
1) Open the Local Object repository or share object repository.
2) Select any test object.
3) Click the green color plus button (Add object propery)
4) In the new window click the button. (Define new property)

This will define a new property for the object selected and will be used when identifying the object.

Add Objects information means adding objects in Object Repository.
Open Object Repositay->Tools-->OR
Click Add objects-->place the hand icon into the object--->click here
The newly object is added in Object Repositary.

Second way to add object in Object Repositary:

Using GUI Spy we will view the properties and values of the object. select one property and add the object in object Repository.
