No.  When the database runs on Archivelog mode, you backup only control files and datafiles.

Yes, because if an archived log file is corrupt and you need to recover your database, you will have to do incomplete recovery, until the time where archived logs file ar fine.

Take backup of redologfiles only when you are doing cold backup not when you are taking hot backup in that case take backup of datafiles and controlfiles (thru backup trace command) and archivelogs.

No, we can not take backup of redo log files even database is running in archive log mode because of inconsistency

Yes We can Take of Controlfile Online Mode Just
Fire The Command alter database backup controlfile trace And
alter database backup controlfile as trace '/Location where u want 2 take backup of ctlfile/';
