Requirement testing is testing the requirements whether they are feasible or not. Because a project depends on a number of factors like time, resources, budget etc. Before start working on a project its important to test the requirement.

RE: What is exactly the requirement testing?
As it is very much clear from the name itself that Requirement testing is done to get the information regarding the Requirement of the Project.

For Example :

Which technology is to be used to build any project, what is the purpose to build that project etc.

Thanks
