If G bought x veg's den R must be bought x/2 veg's.
n total veg's count s 500.den

x+x/2=500
      2x+x=1000
      x=333.333

means it nearly G bought around 333 n R around 167.

Not solvable. Many friends agree that the answer is 333. Something but I said true only if the vendor had sold all the eggs to only Gaurav and Raman on that day which is not mentioned. So we cant assume
x+x/2=500..!

The answer is Not solvable..

There is no need for option 2.. coz, we dont want how much the vendor is having to solve this problem.. Here the discussion comes under raman and guarav only.. The option 1 tells about hw much raman is having.. Bt for this, we need guaravs data.. so data is insufficient to answer
