WSRR is a industry strength tool that enables the business to manage & govern their services. This comes with 5 capabilities publish, find, manage, enrich, govern. This can also be defined as a simple J2EE application that acts as a Service Registry (info about service ex: service end points) and repository (storage of artifacts such as wsdl, xsd).
