How to share documents
can anybody tell me how to share a document and how to check the document which i have shared in web intelligence.

you can share the documents by scheduling it and addressing it to the right destination

we share documents by exporting documents to the repository.
and we can see available documents to you by selecting folders which are
available in left side of webintelligence panel.
as per your granted permissions you can access those documents in folders.

There are several options are available in BO for sharing purpose.
1.You can save your documents in public folders
2.You can send your documents to their inbox.
3.You can share your repository.
4.You can share throuh via online mode etc
