Yes, you can load  data from a pdf to a table using UDO[Unstructured Data Option] Transformation in Informatica from PC811 onwards

Yes we can load using stored procedure

1. Need to change pdf to excel /.txt formate.
2. Call the procedure in the dummy mapping.
