while going upstream the speed of the boat will be reduced by 10 as it is against the stream flow. but it travelled in 23 hours i.e 828/23 36.i.e the net speed upstream was 36.
ie the speed of the boat was increased x-10 36.i.e x 46.
downstream 36(speed of boat) upstream 46(speed of boat) average 41
