Response Time
There is an application which is having a response time of 2.5 seconds. After a minor hotfix, the response time increased to 4 seconds. If you need to provide a report to the client. What is the analysis you make in such a situation?

RE: Response Time
It would be good if you provide both the response time with and with out the Hotfix.
This would be a comparision and the client can think whether to include that Hotfix or not.

Agreed on giving two different set of results, with and without the hotfix.  You can also do a verification run and advise the user the impact on performance after the hotfix is been implemented.  This goes back to what is the intention of the report to the user.
