Failed Test Cases

If suppose there are 100 test cases and 10 are always failing,What tester will do
in this case? All 10 test cases already having high priority.

If all the high prior testcases are getting failed in all aspect, then the tester should intimate the test management team with all the test artifacts for those test cases. Manager should call on a meeting with the stake holders or the custom er to which the product is going to matter, and discuss all the scenarios, tcs and their effects.

Then the stake holder can come up with the final decision , whether to change the requirement or to hold or freeze the product to go for the next version. i.e the further proceedings on the project is customer driven.
