server job transformer is faster than paralljob transformer,bcs inserver job transformer supports(back end) BASIC language,inparallel job transformer supports some operating system code so server transformer is fast.
1.The server SEQ can be used as an intermdiate stage but the parallel SEQ can't be used as an intermediate stage. 2.In Server SEQ you can able to filter the records while extraction itself but in parallel you can't do.
