What do Business Analyst and Developers expect from the Testers?

Hi

Business Analyst:

I'm not sure, Business analyst is a person who is dedicated for gathering the requirements, so if tester has any doubts or clarification on the requirements then he will consult the BA and BA will provide clarifications.

If tester found any impact to the existing functionality due to the new requirement then he will intimate to BA then BA will take necessary actions

Develper:

I dont know how the developers co-ordinating with testers in other companies, here i'm explaining how we both are co-ordinating in our company.

If at all new Change request is came then we both are sit together and discuss about that as how we are going to implement, now testers are also can share their views as how that can be developed and we are also share the problems of Imacts due to the new CR.

After development is over, they request us to do the sanity testing, if it is passed then we will go for Full fledge testing, next as usual same matter.

Business Analysts expect testers to verify that all requirements have been satisfied by the application under test.  They also expect testers to provide feedback if there are inaccurate, incomplete or missing requirements.

Developers expect testers to discover and report defects in a manner that enables them to efficiently and effectively fix them.
