RE: System defects and Live defects
System defects are the defects found in testing phase and live defects are defects which are left undiscovered during system testing, regression testing  and UAT but has been found by the users once the application goes into production or goes live.

Hi,I'm a QA/QC Analyst for a software company. We are currently doing a project that requires an ERP solution for it's requirements.
