Recruitment refers to the process of searching for prospective employees and stimulating them to apply for the job in the organization.

the selection procedure is the system of functions and devices adopted in a company to ascertain whether the candidate s specifications are matched with the job specifications and requirements or not.

Recruitment is a process of fulfilling the human resource needs of an organization. It is a stragety an organization adopts keeping in mind the long term objectives of the organization.

Selection is a process of hiring the best from the options available.
