Needs to move out from my current role
Hi, Wouldn't mind if you all call me "Shana". Currently I am working with one of the Australia's reputed telecommunication giant as an Incident Analyst, so basically 1st and 2nd level support to external user's for their query over the phone, email... I am bit sick now and want to go ahead in Database side, as I like SQL much. Please advise me whether I'll go ahead in my current role or do something where I can reach to my target.
