 ( 2*Pi*R)- (2*Pi*r)=44
2*Pi(R-r)=44
(R-r)=22/Pi
R-r=7

therefore width of road is 7m
since width is difference between 2 radius

let breadth=b
so length =5b
area=5b^2
5b^2=80
b^2=16
b=4
so length=20

For Equilateral traingle centroid is the centre for both the circles, if we consider the heigh of tri the incircle has radius equal to height from base to centre whis 1/3 rd of height and for circumcircle radius is equal to height from apex to centroid which is 2/3 rd. ans is the ratio of areas which is nothing but the square of the radius ie sq(1/3) / sq(2/3) which comes out to be 1/4.
I hope i explained clearly.
