First of all I will know what is the position of me in my project and I will know in what level my project is going on. According to it I will contribute more to my project. It will surely satisfy my superiors. In this way I can secure my job.
I will secure my present job by checking my possition in company and will check wheather I am doing my work properly or not. Afterwards senior officer is happy with me or not by my work and at what extent my work providing the benefit to company.
I can secure my job with keep updating skills and improving present workable ability and also decrease weak points that find previously. To mingle with other employees knowing their needs daily activities and help them and estimate the present position to future necessities.
