In Simple the scenerios are as follows:

Product testing: The testcases will be prepared on the features of the application which are generic. All the generic or core scenarios will be covered.

Project testing: Testcases will be prepared which are fit for a customer or the customizations will be added for the core product and the testcases will cover all the possible scenario's of the application.

Real time scenarios' are just like a ocen, so the above description give a simple idea.
