integration testing is testing two or more modules liking to another to see how they integrate with one another, example goto hotmail.  log in page with the mail box, or sent mail with the compose mail feature.


functional testing is testing of a induvidual function of the application.  example: hotmail when you click on login, what shoul dit do ,   that is one function
