Ans will be 38.5 because:
Area = 22/(7*4) x (7*7)
=38.5

since the goat is tied to 7m long rope it graze the circularly..the area of circle is 3.14*r*r...the radius is 7m here and so area grazed will b 3.14*7*7..which is equal to144.86 m-square

Since the goat is tied to one corner of a square plot, so it can graze only ¼ th of the circle produced with 7 meter rope as radius.
so area covered = ((22/7)*7*7)/4 = 38.5 square meter.

The correct answer is 38.5. this can be found out using area of sector formula pi*R^2*theta/360 pi*7^2*90/360 38.5sqm
