five liter of first one ,9 liters of second one and 12 liters of third one all mixed will give 26 liters and hence ratio will be 12:14or6:7alok Kumar

The quantity of spirit/Water is 9/10 or 91% approx.

ANS : Cannot be determined

The question doesnt specify the jars are of the same size. Its only when we know the  relation between the sizes of the jars that we can find the ratio of spirit to water.
