There is a need to create a bridge between the companies and educational institutions. The students should be created an awareness of the companies and regarding the ways of how to interact with the companies, communicate with the personal of the company etc.The institutions should take an initiative to make the students enthusiastic regarding the off-curricular activities, technofairs,paper presentations,sincere visits to companies etc.By doing all these there forms a way between the institutions and companies which results in a better coordination between them.

i think the co-ordination between reputed educational institutions and companies are already at a good state. This is much evident from the way students are recruited by leading companies right at the student level itself. In developing educational institutions, the institutions should take care to make student aware of the business organisations and their business terms and polices. The reason of doing so will help young minds to know the means to tackle situations in the various interviews and tests

hi,I've read the comment given. How could recruitment of students by companies relate to coordination between Educational institutions & Companies if the institutes(not a few) don't participate in any research or projects? Afterall,big brains are built up in colleges...I'm looking for the reply/comment.......THANK Q.
