It is impossible to return more than one value through an unconnected lookup,
 but it is possible by concatinating the two fields which are going to be return,
then returning the concatinated port and at the destination, splitting into two original fields.
this is one way

It s not possible to return more than one value using unconnected lookup. You can not opt more than one return (R) port in unconnected lookup.

We can get multiple values from unconnected lookup return port using conncatination logic, then we have to split the values to respect columns
