Speed =(distance/ time)(d/20)=15d=300kmnow required speed =(d/t)=(300/15)=20kmph

T1 = 20 min = 1/3 hr
S1 = 15 Kmph
D = S*T
   = 1/3 * 15
   = 5 Km
T2 = 15 min = 1/4 hr
S2 = D/T2
     = 5/(1/4)
     = 20 Kmph
