1 hour=60 min.So,if a person walks with a speed 15kmph,then he covers 15km in 60 min.

60 min------>15 km

20min------->?     =(20*15)/60=5km. So,if this person needs to cover a distance of 5km in 15 min,his speed(per hour),

15 min----->5 km

60 min----->?     =(60*5)/15   =20 km

so,he should cover 20 km in 60 min i.e., 20kmph

Ans: 20 kmph
