its depend on choosing any pair or a particular color. so if he wants to get a white color pair correctly then......10 white shoes with (left) 10 balck shoes with(right) but he need of particular color black 10 balck shoes (left) last one 31 white will match if color is not specific it will be 21 attempts

i think the ans is 20.. because there is a 19 chance to get the pair in same color.. and the one chance for other ...

It shd be 3 times as 1st time he get black 2nd times it migt again black then he get crrct combinationif it is white in 2nd round then in 3rd round it mit be black or wit so in 3 rounds he must get the crroct combination
