A).
An SRS is called Software / System Requeriements Specifications document. It will "literally", in simple english document the high level requirements that the software is supposed to satisfy.

e.g: A requirement could be: Software should be able to maintain all the history of users visiting the website.

B).
Use Cases: These are diagramatic and literal notations used by business analysts, to document and specify the interaction between different entities associated with a system.

e.g: Interaction (Response and reaction) between a user and the system. These in turn lead to defining the system, detailing the requirements, doing business analysis and designing the system.
