RE: Explain Session Recovery Process?
You have 3 steps in session recovery

If Informatica server performs  no commit, run the session again
At least one commit, perform recovery
perform recovery is not possible, truncate the target table and run the session again.

RE: Explain Session Recovery Process?

hi,

when the informatica server starts a recovery session it reads the

opb_srvr_recovery table and notes the rowid of the last row commited

to the target  database. when it starts recovery process again it starts

from the next row_id. if session recovery should take place atleast one

     commit must be executed.
