1. give the name in the valueset field
2. select the format type whether it is char or number etc and give the size
3. select validation type as TABLE
4. press the Edit Information Button
5. enter the table name in the Table Name field
6. then u can enter the column name in the value field with datatype and size

In the order/whereby clause, if u mention the  2 or more fields then u have to join those table in 
this clause
