Why do you use two ground pins in microprocessor 8086?

These two pins are used to protect the microproessor from high supply

The high supply is not the right answer. These are used to have packaging symmetry in the 8086 mp chip, instead of using other pin it is better to have one more ground pin. so that's it.

One is for the VCC & another one is clock issues

Two ground terminals are provided to make the pin structure symmetrical o/w it requires only 39 pins.
