Comprehensive Income is reported after Net Income.  Net Income is included in the Comprehensive Income computation, as well as any unrealized gains or losses net of tax, derivatives are added to CI. Keep in mind unrealized gains/losses, derivatives, currency gains are not part of Net Income. The definition of Comprehensive Income is changes in equity from noneowner sources.
