WEBGARDEN : Contains multiple CPUs
ie. if an application has many CPUs and all the CPUs are processing our page then the process model is called webgarden.

WEBFARM: If our application is deployed over many web servers then the model is called webfarm.

Application running on single server that has multiple CPU is called Web garden

Application Running on Multiple Web Severs is called Webfarm
